AGM: Annual General Meeting
November 7  – 6:30 - 7:30 pm

It’s that time of year where we are asking you to join us for our 2015 Annual General Meeting. The event will happen Saturday, November 7, 2014 at 6:30pm at Hamilton Artists Inc. 155 James St. North. We encourage you to attend and meet with the Board of Directors and Staff.  Get the latest updates on programming events, gallery exhibits, workshops, and community initiatives. Learn about the different committees, volunteer and networking opportunities at the Centre. Everyone is welcome to attend and it’s a great chance to meet and connect with your fellow members. We’ll provide snacks and drinks, so it is our sincere hope you will join us.

If for some reason you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, you may vote via proxy, please contact the gallery at info@theinc.ca to request a Proxy-vote form.

SWARM: Annual Members Exhibition

We are pleased to announce our annual members exhibition, SWARM, 2015. This is an exceptionally special year, as many of you are already aware, as Hamilton Artists Inc. celebrates its 40th anniversary. We would like to thank our members and community, as well as all of you who have helped us over the years, for making Hamilton Artists Inc. your artist-run centre. Members of Hamilton Artists Inc. have once again swarmed the gallery with their work, representing the diversity of artistic disciplines and practices in the Hamilton community.

This evening marks the Inc.'s final major event in 2015 to celebrate the milestone of our 40th anniversary and we plan to do it in style. Special guest DJ Tara Strange will be spinning vinyl throughout the evening, plus lots of fun 'birthday' plans are in store. Want to kick off your holiday shopping with the gift of Art? With over 100 participating artists, this is an excellent opportunity to find a unique gift, while supporting local artists (who receive 100% of the proceed of their sales)!
