Annual General Meeting
Saturday, December 14th, 4-5 pm
Calling all Inc. members! Join us for our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is an opportunity to hear about everything we’ve accomplished over the past year and all the programs, events, exhibitions, workshops, and community initiatives coming up in 2025. We encourage you to attend and meet the Board of Directors and Staff, and learn about the different committees, volunteering and networking opportunities. All members in good standing are eligible to vote in the general meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend and it’s a great chance to meet and connect with your fellow members. Refreshments will follow as the AGM will lead directly into our Anti-Gala festivities! If you are coming to the AGM you get a free ticket to the Anti-Gala! Reserve your spot today
If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, you may still vote via proxy, please contact us at board@theinc.ca to request a Proxy-vote form.
