SWARM: Annual Members Exhibition
December 6, 2019 - January 11, 2020

Artwork Drop-off: November 13-23 (during regular gallery hours Wed-Sat 12-5, Fri 12-6)
Opening Reception and AGM: Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 6:00 -11:00 pm
Artwork Pick-up Party: Saturday, January 11 , 2020 from 12:00-5:00 pm

It's that time of the year again! We're inviting all Inc. members to participate in our Annual Members Exhibition, SWARM! It's a great opportunity to exhibit your original art and re-connect with other artists in the community. In order to participate in the exhibition, all you need to do is bring your artwork to the gallery during the designated drop-off dates and times along with your completed submission form. Forms will be available in the gallery or can be downloaded HERE.

We're looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, December 7  for the opening party!

In order to submit, your membership must be up to date. If your membership has expired, you can renew it online or visit us in person at the gallery during our operating hours (including during the drop-off times). The Inc. has hundreds of members, so each artist may only display one piece of work in the exhibition. Please be considerate of your fellow artists when choosing the size of the work you are submitting. Your artwork must be framed, wired and/or otherwise ready to hang when dropped off at the gallery.

Annual General Meeting
Saturday, December 7, 6:00-7:30 pm

Calling all Inc. members! Join us for our 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is an opportunity to hear about everything we’ve accomplished over the past year and all the programs, events, exhibitions, workshops, and community initiatives coming up in 2020. We encourage you to attend and meet the Board of Directors and Staff, and learn about the different committees, volunteering and networking opportunities. All members in good standing are eligible to vote in the general meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend and it’s a great chance to meet and connect with your fellow members. Refreshments will follow as the AGM will lead directly into the SWARM opening reception and festivities.

If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, you may still vote via proxy, please contact us at board@theinc.ca to request a Proxy-vote form.
