Gallery Hours
We will be closed starting on Saturday, November 2nd. We'll be reopening for SWARM on Friday, December 6th!
It's that time of the year again! We're inviting all Inc. members to participate in our Annual Members Exhibition, SWARM! It's a great opportunity to exhibit your original artwork and re-connect with other artists in the community.
In order to submit, your membership must be up to date. If your membership has expired, you can renew it online or visit us in person at the gallery during our drop off dates. To sign up or renew your membership online, visit our membership page here.
Please keep in mind: The Inc. has hundreds of members, so each artist may only display one piece of work in the exhibition. Please be considerate of your fellow artists when choosing the size of the work you are submitting. Your artwork must be framed, wired and/or otherwise ready to hang when dropped off at the gallery. The Inc. does not offer mounting fixtures, wires, or hardware. All participants must fill out the SWARM submission form linked here, or you can fill one out during your drop off.

Annual General Meeting
Saturday, December 14th, 6-7:30 pm
Calling all Inc. members! Join us for our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is an opportunity to hear about everything we’ve accomplished over the past year and all the programs, events, exhibitions, workshops, and community initiatives coming up in 2025. We encourage you to attend and meet the Board of Directors and Staff, and learn about the different committees, volunteering and networking opportunities. All members in good standing are eligible to vote in the general meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend and it’s a great chance to meet and connect with your fellow members. Refreshments will follow as the AGM will lead directly into the SWARM opening reception and festivities.
If you are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, you may still vote via proxy, please contact us at board@theinc.ca to request a Proxy-vote form.
